Everything was perfect, exactly as described, and the packaging was genuinely careful when it arrived (that surprised me). Then, as the description says, it was vacuum-packed, and when I opened it I shook the product and left it in the sun for a while to air (4-5 hours), and it came back to its original state, just as the listing says. In my opinion, if I had left it longer it would be even better, because it was not completely back to shape, but after 4-5 hours it is perfect, and my partner is delighted with it and says he sleeps better... (let us see whether I end up ordering another one for myself, ha). But really, do pay attention to the description. Enjoy!
