Where we ship
We ship to 4 countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. This list is exactly the one accepted at checkout — if a country is not on it, the order cannot go through, and you see that before paying rather than after.

How long, exactly
The stated time breaks down into two steps, and we would rather spell them out:

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. An order placed on Friday evening therefore starts being prepared on Monday.
Delivery charges
None. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay: delivery is included, whatever your order comes to and whichever country on the list above you are in. No charge appears at the payment step.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order leaves preparation, an email goes to the address you used at checkout, with the tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then write to contact@the-pregnancy-pillow.com with your order number and we will send it again.
If the time is exceeded
Write to us. Past 10 business days without delivery, we open a search with the carrier straight away and keep you posted on it. If the parcel is lost, we send the item again or refund you — that is on us, not on you.
Customs and import charges
Your parcel ships internationally. Depending on your country and the value of the order, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival under local rules. They are set by your customs authority, not by us, and they are separate from the price you paid on this site. If anything is due, the carrier tells you before delivering.
Common questions
Does the pillow arrive compressed?
Yes — it ships vacuum-packed so it fits in a sensible box. It regains its full volume within a few hours of coming out of the packaging. Let it lie flat and open up before the first night.
Can I ship to a different address from my billing one?
Yes. The delivery address is entered at the payment step, independently of the one on your card.
What happens if I am out when it is delivered?
The carrier leaves a card telling you the pickup point or the date of the next attempt. The tracking link you received by email lets you follow it.
