You do not have to use this form. Any clear statement of your decision works — an email in your own words is enough. The form exists so you never have to wonder what to write, and so your statement carries the date you send it.
If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our 30-day guarantee is longer and covers the same situations, so you never have to choose between the two.

What happens next
- We acknowledge your notice by email, without delay.
- You send the item back within 14 days of your statement.
- We refund you within 14 days of the item reaching us, to the payment method you used for the order.
Who pays the return postage
Return postage is yours to cover. We recommend a tracked service: the parcel stays your responsibility until it reaches us, and the tracking number lets us refund you the moment it arrives.
One exception, and it is on us: if the item reaches you faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return in full.
